Booking Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made directly via the ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts website, email, phone, and payments processed through the payment gateway system provided by ULTIQA Hotels & Resorts.

Pre-Arrival

Credit Card

A valid credit card in the guest's name is required to secure a reservation. A credit card in any name other than the guest arriving will not be accepted. The credit card linked to the booking will be processed on the scheduled date as per the reservation terms and conditions. If the credit card details provided are invalid or expired at the time of payment, the transaction may be declined. In such case, guests must provide updated payment details within 24 hours if notified of a declined transaction. If payment has not been received, or cannot be processed when due, the property reserves the right to cancel your reservation without notice. The credit card used for payment must be presented upon check-in.

Refund Admin Fee

A $100 AUD administrative fee may apply for the processing of refunds.

Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance. We suggest your policy covers, but is not limited to, cancellation fees, personal baggage loss or damage, monetary loss, and medical expenses.

No-Shows & Failure to Cancel

Each booking is subject to its cancellation policy. Guests failing to check in on the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty charge as per the cancellation policy. If a guest shortens their stay or checks out early, any funds for unused nights are forfeited. The resort reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected. The resorts reserves the right to cancel or change bookings if they do not adhere to our terms and conditions. Guests arriving later than the reserved date must contact the resort to prevent automatic cancellation of their reservation.

Relocation Policy

If the reserved accommodation is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the property will undertake to relocate the guests to a comparable ULTIQA group property at no additional cost. If a higher standard of accommodation is preferred other then offered under this condition, the guests will be required to pay any price difference. If guests decline the relocation, a full refund and booking cancellation may be granted.

Special Requests

Whist we do our best meet all guest requests, please note that these are requests only. Guest requests such as room location, view, or floor level cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Options

Payments can be made via bank transfer, please contact the resort directly to arrange this. Alternatively, payments by credit or debit card are accepted. Card payments incur a non-refundable service fee of 1.98% for Visa and Mastercard, and 3.3% for American Express. If no credit card is provided, a $1,000 cash security deposit is required at check-in.

Arrival Information

If your reservation includes a parking space, additional details will be provided upon check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at check-in. The booking must be under the name of an adult aged 18 or older, who must also provide a matching credit card for verification.

Other Policies

  • Children may stay free using existing bedding withing standard guests per room. If additional bedding is required, additional charges will apply.
  • For all additional guests over and above the standard pax per apartment, an additional charge of $55 per night will apply. This applies for all additional guests aged three years and above. Infants up to two years old stay free.
  • Additional fees apply for rollaway beds, cots, or sofa beds.
  • Resort facilities may be made inaccessible to guests without prior notice for urgent maintenance. Guests can visit the website or contact the resort for details about facilities and amenities or any concerns due to facility closures.
  • Apartments are fully self-serviced. Linen and a starter pack of amenities are provided. Any additional supplies are available and may come at a fee.
  • Late check-out is available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional fees apply.
  • Parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of a party, the resort reserves the right to request occupant to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments, balconies, or common areas. A Cleaning fee will apply on departure if you have smoked in your apartment, balcony, or in any of the common areas.
  • Charging electric vehicles or scooters within resort buildings or apartments is strictly prohibited due to fire risks unless doing so at a predetermined charging location.
